Jonathan Keyzer
Jon spent his childhood riding bikes, watching the Sonics, and fishing in beautiful Seattle, Washington. His pastor-dad, Sam, moved Jon and his four siblings to Lincoln to begin planting NL in 1997.  After graduating from UNL in 2005 with an English degree, Jon worked in a variety of human services jobs, including a homeless shelter and several group homes.  Jon and his wife, Anna, have three children, Ishmael who is 6, Simon (11) who they adopted from Bulgaria in 2013 and their daughter June who is 18 months old.  They live in a Christian community house, called the Bolivar House, in downtown Lincoln with some radical followers of The Way.  Jon enjoys camping, playing basketball, reading Dallas Willard, listening to Bob Dylan, and playing guitar on occasion.

Pastor Jeff Heerspink
Jeff grew up in Lynden WA, where the Christian Reformed Church is plentiful.  He attended Utah State University studying agriculture until returning to the farm work in Lynden.  It was during this time through a series of events that lead to the gospel taking root in Jeff’s life and propelling him on a journey in ministry.  As a Youth Pastor in Seattle Jeff met and married his wife Beth and together they moved to Chicago to go to Moody Bible Institute, where Jeff studied Family Ministry and Beth studied Communications.  They moved to Lincoln to join the NL staff after doing an internship in the summer of 04 and have been working with the ministries here in Lincoln January of 05.  Today they have 4 kids Abigail, Josiah, Caleb and Elia.  In 2014 Jeff helped plant the F street Neighborhood church and he currently does most of his ministry there.
